With the 'Admin Inside' feature, customers can handle all administrator functions within the Glow platform, without the need for third-party administrators to manage claims.

Additionally, Glow’s platform incorporates all necessary regulatory compliance for the US, including all states. All the administrator functions and insurance regulations are automated, helping customers save on costs and improve margins. In addition, Glow assists telcos in setting up and managing the captive insurance model.

Glow provides SaaS to help telecom operators deliver device financing, insurance and device trade-in/upgrade services. Operating in eight countries, its customers include Samsung and BT. "
