Apollo-managed funds were among Glow’s first-ever outside investors. As one of the world’s largest alternative managers, Apollo is a recognized powerhouse in financing and asset-backed solutions.

The relationship with Apollo is also designed to provide ongoing financing support for Glow’s origination across its white-labeled technology and device financing, at an attractive cost of capital. At Glow, our goal is to help some of the leading telcos improve their financial strength, increase ROIC and free up working capital for growth.

Citi

Citi has invested in Glow through its ‘Spread Products Investment in Technologies’ (SPRINT) team and Citi Ventures, both prominent investors in fintechs.

John Malone Family Office: Silver Spur Capital

John Malone is one of the best-known telco/cable/media billionaire’s in the world with a prestigious reputation and a recognized innovator, visionary, mentor and businessman. John is/has been the Chairman of Liberty Media and TCI, as well as a board member of Charter Communications and of Warner Bros Discovery to name but a few companies.

His expertise in financial engineering is a particularly powerful fit for Glow given our specialty structured finance group and its activities. John sees Glow as a robust vehicle for growth in the telco space that he knows so well.
