At MWC ’25, Glow made a significant announcement about ‘ADMIN INSIDE”. This new tech allows Telcos to effectively insource phone administration which increases phone insurance margins by up to 30%. By digitizing the phone insurance product and taking all the functions/activities performed by the administrator and building them into our tech, the Telco can now remove the administrator entirely saving large amounts of money.
The Glow InsurTech platform also builds in all insurance regulation into the platform thus automating all phone insurance elements. All a telco needs is the Glow InsurTech platform, the Glow insurance license(s) and the Glow fronter relationship. Administrators like Asurion, Assurant, Likewise, Chubb and SquareTrade are now redundant. This is the biggest change to the Phone insurance industry in decades and is great news for Telcos.The response from Telcos has been incredible….expect announcements to follow.
