INSOURCING PHONE INSURANCE: “ADMIN INSIDE TECH"
Many of you will recall that at MWC ’25, Glow announced its new ‘ADMIN INSIDE” tech that allows Telcos/Retailers to insource phone administration by eliminating the Administrator/TPA….and thus increasing phone insurance margins by 20-30%. It's astonishing.Well we have had a big response from Telcos/Retailers and at the moment, we have telcos that have called us to discuss their expiring contracts and replacing administrators like Assurant, SPB, Likewise and Asurion.
I have never seen demand like this. And one thing to note: for those telcos with administrator contracts with a few years yet to run, we can add our tech today into the buy flow as a stage one which brings a simply beautiful user experience and provides user functionality not offered by any other vendor. Then as stage two we can remove the administrator by using the full ‘Admin Inside’ platform and stage three we can inject the Glow ‘GreenTech’ platform to optimize repair/logistics/grading and shine a light on the back end to save Telcos significant amounts of money and provide one end-to-end user experience.
We will have many Admin Inside announcements being made over the next several months…be in no doubt that this is the biggest, most disruptive change to Phone Insurance in 30 years. And the Telcos love it. As do the electronics retailers
